Ric Wugalter

Ric Wugalter has been a valued member of Town and Country Pools, Inc. since June 1999. Before transitioning to the pool industry, he spent 20 years in the scrap metal recycling sector, where he honed his project management skills. These skills have seamlessly translated to his work in the pool business, allowing him to provide exceptional oversight on numerous projects.

Born in Queens, NY, Ric moved several times during his youth before his family settled in Potomac, Maryland. He graduated from Churchill High School and later from the Maryland Drafting Institute in College Park, MD. As a registered draftsman with a lifelong passion for art and sketching, Ric brings a unique perspective to creating the visual link between our clients’ visions and our subcontractors’ work, ensuring the outstanding quality for which our company is known.

Ric’s superior communication and customer service skills enable him to coordinate and manage our pool projects effectively. Many of our referrals come from projects he has managed, thanks to his ability to facilitate dialogue between contractors and clients. His interpersonal skills and dedication are highly valued by his colleagues at Town & Country Pools, Inc.

Outside of work, Ric is a devoted family man and proud father of two sons, Phillip and Austin. He takes great pride in their achievements. In his free time, Ric enjoys traveling, working on home projects, creating art, cooking, and spending time with his wife Julie, extended family, and friends.

One of Ric’s favorite pool memories is from his childhood in Aurora, Illinois, where at age nine, he learned to dive off the high dive at the Yorkville Swim Club. He hopes our customers create similar lifelong memories with their friends and families in their pools.
